What are you pretending not to be? is a six day exchange under the Erasmus+ programme that will take place in May in Macedonia and will gather 30 participants from 6 European countries. The exchange will take place from 04.07.2019 until 09.07.2019.
The main goal of the exchange is to help the participants to become a better version of themselves focusing on self-development and self-reflection. The exchange will use non-formal unorthodox methods based on the principle of learning-by-doing. Other objectives of the training include: To allow the participants to get out of their comfort zones; To allow the participants to know their fears and act upon them; To allow the participants to become aware of their weaknesses.
The Youth Exchange will include indoor and outdoor challenging part.
The target group of the exchange are young people from 18-25 years old, who are interested in personal development and are looking ways to improve themselves as a human beings. The participants are not required to have previous knowledge in youth work. The costs of the participants will be covered fully according to the rules of the E+ programme.
We are searching for partners who come from programme or partner countries and preferable are working in the field of personal development. Each selected partner will have the obligation to send 5 participants to the training (including the group leader).
